To be completely honest, and I know this sounds bad and is probably hypocritical of me - I worry that the market is simply going to get more and more flooded by people who want to write for a living, until it becomes functionally impossible for anyone to actually do it. After some time it would re-regulate...but in the meantime, countless dreams and a lot of talent will be lost. I hope I'm wrong, and I appreciate the insight and community conversations that have been shared here!
