This perspective can’t be emphasized enough! One of my many outlets (and I’m not gonna post a link because I’m not trying to promote here) is a blog dedicated to cultivating self care & elegance without giving in to capitalist wet dreams. It’s been a learning experience for me as I cultivate this sensual yet “indie” mindset in my own life — I’m so much happier and more balanced now that I’ve taken in philosophies like this one and merged them with my other values.
