Please read the actual, unedited transcript and listen to the unedited tape of that oft-abused phone call. She did not say “I Johnny Depp, A man” — she imitated his own speech patterns and said “I, Johnny Depp, man, I’m an abuse victim too…”

And she says “I didn’t punch you, I hit you” in reference to the fact that HE punched her and she STILL did not use equivalent force to defend herself against this much larger man. The rest of the call elaborates on her reaction, and she points out that she “feared for her safety” due to past attacks from Depp and she even APOLOGIZED for no longer knowing when her reactions were justified or not because of how confused she had become by the abusive situation she was in.

No hate to the author, but I’m so goddamn tired of people using the extremely biased material bought and paid for by Depp to push HIS agenda. There is so much evidence that was left out of the US case — specifically because the Depp team forced the trial to be held in a state court known for being extremely harsh on defendants in defamation cases. If even half of the blocked evidence had been allowed by this judge, you’d be singing a very different tune.

Read the UK documents. Review that evidence. THEN tell me Amber was abusing this asshole. It’s horrifying to watch our justice system miscarry to this level…and then be celebrated for it.
