Personally, I get what you're saying, and I've seen "softer" guys get overlooked in professional environs plenty of times. But it's rare to see them receive actual, blatant disrespect the way that female colleagues do, and I can only imagine it's because leaders perceive that there will be fewer or no consequences for that. But it may also take different forms and I'm simply not yet able to see what those softer men experience on a deeper level.
Also, don't you think it's a little unfair that women have to use their sexuality and put on a persona to be given respect and dignity? And in the case of FemDommes, does the respect they get go more than surface deep? I'd be interested in reading a piece about this from a male sub perspective combined with insight from a female domme, just out of curiosity!
