It’s pretty amazing how much difference a few seconds can make with this kind of work. I’m a fast writer in general, but I’d love for my research work to match my fiction speed more closely (without sacrificing the quality I get paid for, of course!). I think half of it is practice, and the other half is a basic acceptance of your inherent limitations as an individual writer. Thanks for sharing your experiences, David!
