I write often about this topic, and it's wonderful to engage with a fellow woman writer with ADHD.
I'm actually writing about how I became a successful and thriving writer THROUGH my ADHD right now and this added some good insight - thank you for taking the time to write it.
I don't want to push unwelcome advise, but I have found that the r/ADHD group on reddit is a good resource for help and support. Medication is also something I strongly (and perhaps controversially) recommend to any writer struggling with this disorder - it's kind of like putting on glasses after a lifetime of reading with only so-so vision.
Anyway thanks again for this piece and I can't wait to see what else you create!
