I think of it as more of an eviction, myself - I can remove someone from my private property at any time, and I do not have to weigh the consequences they may or may not face in doing so. Legally, I am absolved of that responsibility. My property is my property. Even if I invited them in myself, I can still remove them at my own discretion!
