I definitely understand what you're saying here, but I feel like you've listed a lot of very beneficial, life-altering positives about cultivating physical beauty only to say that it doesn't matter. Clearly, it DOES matter...I think we simply feel that it SHOULDN'T. But honestly? If doing my makeup and looking "hot" will advance my career and options in life, I'm happy to do it. I believe most people would be.
