Hi! Thanks for your insightful comment. I am both a Muslim and a religious studies scholar, and more importantly a naturally and deeply curious human being. The line between curiosity and disrespect seems very clear to me and I hope I communicated that there is an enormous difference. One comes from a place of open-mindedness and a desire to learn. The other comes from a close-minded place of judgment and suspicion.

I love when people are genuinely curious about me, my partner, or anything else I'm able to talk to them about! :)
